This is an early version of InboxRanger. Website signup prepares a text for you to send; it does not send one automatically or connect your email. Email connection through this signup is coming soon.

When you connect an account

InboxRanger requests read-only Gmail access. It checks new message details to decide whether to alert you. It cannot send, edit, or delete your email through this connection.

What is stored

The connected version stores your account and phone details, preferences, encrypted email-access tokens, and recent alert records including sender and subject. It does not download attachments or store full email bodies. Alert records are kept for up to 30 days.

What is shared

When you continue to Messages, Linq receives your phone number to register you on our shared messaging line. Linq handles messages you send to that line. The separate legacy email prototype uses Sendblue for alerts when enabled. Your phone’s notification settings control what appears on its lock screen. This first version uses fixed importance rules; it does not send your mail to an AI model.

You can stop anytime

Reply STOP to stop messages. You can also remove InboxRanger’s access in your Google account settings.

This describes the current prototype. Public launch requires provider approvals, a finalized privacy policy, and support arrangements.
